The contents of the petition along with Annexures thereof have been perused. As per copies of Adhar Card, date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 01.01.2001 (19 years) and date of birth of petitioner No.2 is 15.04.1995 (25 years).

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, that the contents of the representation dated 01.09.2020 (Annexure P-5) seeking protection of life and liberty be duly verified and if necessary, requisite steps be taken, in accordance with law for grant of protection of life and liberty to the petitioners. It is clarified that this order shall neither be treated as a stamp of this Court qua marriage of the petitioners nor any reflection on the merits of the contentions raised by them in the present petition.

Present petition stands disposed of.
