NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present criminal revision petition is for setting aside judgment and conviction order dated 08.05.2014 passed by ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nabha, District Patiala in case FIR No. 115 dated 08.10.2009 registered under Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (in short 'the Act') at Police Station Kotwali, Nabha vide which the petitioner has been convicted under Sections 3 and 5 of the Act, which has been subsequently upheld vide judgment dated 23.02.2015 passed by ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that all the six coaccused of the petitioner stand acquitted by this Court vide judgment dated 25.05.2016 passed in CRR No. 830 of 2015 titled as Jassi @ Babby and others vs. State of Punjab including the main accused Jassi @ Babby DIVYANSHI 2024.03.19 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRR-2659-2016(O&M) 2024:PHHC:038404 -2who was the owner of the brothel where the raid was conducted. He was subsequently arrested and taken into custody. Learned counsel for the State informs that the allegations against the petitioner were pari materia same as allegations against all the six co-accused. It is further stated that the petitioner was a juvenile amongst the six co-accused.

In view of the above, the present criminal revision petition is allowed and judgment and conviction order dated 08.05.2014 passed by ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nabha, District Patiala and judgment dated 23.02.2015 passed by ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala are set aside and the petitioner is acquitted in the same terms as other co-accused in judgment dated 25.05.2016 passed by this Court in CRR No. 830 of 2015 titled as Jassi @ Babby and others vs. State of Punjab. 18.03.2024 ( NIDHI GUPTA ) Divyanshi JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
