The petitioner has alleged disobedience of order dated 17.10.2019 passed in CWP-30076-2019 whereby the respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner by passing a speaking order. Issue notice to respondent No.3.

Ms. Deepali Puri, Addl. AG, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.3 and states that the speaking order had been passed by respondent No.3 on 21.07.2020. She has filed a copy of the speaking order, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he shall be seeking recourse to the remedy available to him in accordance with law. In view of respondent No.3 having complied with the order of the Court, the petition stands disposed of.
