**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 82 dated 30.6.2021 under Sections 458, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, submits that in the aforesaid FIR, vide rapat No. 46 dated 05.8.2021, the offences under Sections 458, 148 and 149 IPC have been deleted and the offences under Sections 451 and 34 IPC have been added and all the offences are bailable.
