(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioners assail order dated 17.8.2020 (Annexure P-3) passed by Office of Director, State Transport, Haryana, Chandigarh whereby they have been ordered to be transferred from Jind Depot to Sirsa Depot. However, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to make a representation to Transport Secretary especially in view of Clause 8 (xiv) of the State Transport Haryana Employees Transfer Policy 2018 (Annexure P-1).

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, any representation is filed within the stipulated period, the same shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
