By way of instant petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act"), petitioners have approached this Court for appointment of an Arbitrator to decide the dispute between the parties.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that a Collaboration Agreement dated 14.08.2013, Annexure P-1, which was duly registered, was entered into between the parties, which contains an Arbitration Clause. He submits that some disputes arose between the parties and despite chain of communication, they could not be redressed. He submits that by notice dated 05.08.2020, Annexure P-13, petitioners invoked the Arbitration Clause and by its reply dated 10.08.2020, Annexure P-14, respondent rejected the notice.
