(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2, in compliance to impugned order dated 21.07.2016, to which, challenge has been laid in the instant petition, has already surrendered his passport after renewal. Therefore, the instant petition has rendered infructuous.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Suraj Khan, submits that petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail under the newly added Section 466 IPC.
In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
