The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the complaint COMA No.1677 dated 23.05.2019 titled as 'State of Punjab Versus M/s Associated Biotech and another' pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial magistrate, Bathinda along with all other consequential proceedings, including the order of cognizance dated 17.12.2020 passed the above-said Court, vide which the petitioners have been summoned to face trial under Section 27(d)of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
