******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 55 dated 21.02.2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 15 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced certified copy of order dated 15.03.2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Moga to show that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail. He has also deposited `3000/- as costs with the District Legal Services Authority, Moga.

As the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court, this petition is allowed and order dated 10.03.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that he will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
