**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Concededly, the petitioner is neither affiliated to Punjab Cricket Association, nor approved by it. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition is a public as well private interest litigation. I am of the considered opinion that on the strength of High Court rules framed on the basis of directions given by JYOTI SHARMA 2022.07.07 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No. 14009 of 2022 -2the Hon'ble Apex Court in State of Uttaranchal vs Balwant Singh Chanfal and others, (2010) 3 SCC 402, the present petitioner has to satisfy the requirement of Rule 6 of the Rules 2010 framed by the High Court for maintainability of PIL. No indulgence can be granted in this writ petition, however, petitioner if so advised may comply with High Court Rules and thereafter, maintain the writ petition before the Division Bench of this Court.
