**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Instant petition is directed against the order dated 21.7.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar, whereby application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. moved by the complainant-petitioner was dismissed.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all possible pleas available to her before the learned trial court, at appropriate stage of trial.

Permission is granted.
