This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 10.02.2020 passed in CWP-27316-2015. 2.

As per reply filed by the respondent, the remaining amount is being paid as per instructions issued by the Punjab Government vide notification No.03/01/2021-1FP1/12 dated 18.02.2025. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present contempt petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as available in law qua the interest on the delayed payment.

Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
