(Oral) The present revision petition is against order dated 03.06.2016 whereby ASI Hoshial Singh has not been summoned by the Court below and has only allowed the application by summoning Gurditta Singh @ Sira Singh and Gurjeet Kaur @ Chindi @ Bhindi as an additional accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 03.06.2016 be only modified/set aside to the extent that ASI Hoshiar Singh be summoned.

Learned counsel submits that ASI Hoshiar Singh has actively participate in the crime and there is sufficient evidence on file for their conviction.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of and the matter is remanded back to the trial Court by giving a direction to pass fresh order on merits qua accused-ASI Hoshiar Singh. It is further being made clear that accused-Gurditta Singh @

Crl. Revn No. 2704 of 2016 Sira Singh and Gurjeet Kaur @ Chindi @ Bhindi will face the trial, as per impugned order dated 03.06.2016.
