The petitioner is seeking quashing of order of proclamation dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Kapurthala whereby the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person in case bearing FIR No.90 dated 21.05.2021 under Sections 21, 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala. 2.

On a query posed by this Court, the petitioner is not able to explain as to why he could not appear before the trial Court. The only explanation he provided for his non appearance was that he was involved in another case which shows that he is not keeping a good conduct and has violated the condition of bail granted in this FIR.

In view of above, no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned order dated 10.03.2025 and the present petition is hereby, dismissed. However, the petitioner is free to surrender before the trial Court and may file an application seeking regular bail, in accordance with law. 03rd May, 2025 (H.S.
