(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the orders dated 06.01.2022 and 20.04.2022, Annexure P-1 & P-2 respectively passed by respondent no.1. 2.

Learned counsel for the second respondent submits that during pendency of the petition he stands promoted as Executive Engineer on regular basis with effect from 02.06.2023. It is also submitted that the second respondent would not press for implementation of the direction issued by the State Commissioner, vide order dated 06.01.2022, to assign him current duty charge on the post of Executive Engineer.
