This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS read as Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions for transfer of investigation of FIR No. 30 dated 07.03.2026 (P-1) registered under Sections 106,125,143(3), 287,288 of the BNS (corresponding to Sections 304-A, 336,337,338,370,285,286 IPC) Sections 16 and 23 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976 and Section 5 of the Indian Explosives Act, 1881 registered at Police Station City Safidon District Jind and FIR No. 64 dated 11.03.2026 under Sections 143(3), 146,287,288 of the BNS (corresponding Sections 370,374,285,286 IPC) registered at Police Station Safidon District Jind from the purview of District Police, Jind as both the aforesaid FIR s are intrinsically connected and arise out of the same chain of events and the investigation conducted by the local RENU RAWAT 2026.04.29 16.09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-23351-2026 police is vitiated by bias, malafide intentions and connivance with accused persons of FIR no. 30 dated 07.03.2026.

Learned State counsel submits that four accused were named in the FIR and one of them has already been arrested. It is further submitted that the investigation is being conducted in a fair and proper manner and a SIT has already been constituted to look into the matter. 3.

In view of the above submissions, this Court finds no ground to interfere at this stage. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 4.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy at the appropriate stage and to raise all permissible pleas before the learned trial Court, in accordance with law, at the time of filing of the report.
