Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any infirmity in the impugned order dated 23.7.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Special Judge, CBI Court, Chandigarh mainly on the ground that the Trial Court has declined the application while observing that the application is rather vague inasmuch as no specific particulars as regards the country sought to be visited and the purpose of visit were mentioned in the application. The impugned order, as such, is upheld. 2.

However, the petitioner would certainly be at liberty to file an application afresh as and when he needs to go abroad by specifically mentioning the PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.08.12 18:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Since, learned counsel has submitted that the petitioner is required to go abroad by 2.9.2021, it is directed that in case any such application is filed within a week from today, the same shall be considered expeditiously preferably within a week or 10 days from filing of such application. 4.
