SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has since been amicably settled between the parties in which all the terms have been incorporated. As per terms of compromise, a draft of `1 lakh in the name of complainant-Karambir Singh has been handed over to learned counsel for respondent in the Court to further hand over the same to the complainant. He further submits that the petitioner will also abide by terms of the compromise regarding the payment of remaining amount. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
