This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2006. On the last date of hearing, since, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, therefore, Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellants.

As per report of the Registry, notices issued to the appellants have been received back unserved with the report that appellant No.1 has since expired and appellant No.2 is not residing at the given address. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellants contends that he is not able to contact the appellants, therefore, he has no instructions to proceed further with this appeal. Liberty is reserved to the appellants to move an application to revive this appeal, in case any cause of action survives. 7.

Respondent No.2-Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr. Ravinder Arora, Advocate, within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, in view of the order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court. 8.
