Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed. Delay of 19 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the issue raised in the present appeal was also raised in LPA No.575 of 2026 titled as Municipal Corporation, Amritsar vs. Rangdev Singh and others, which has been decided by this Court on 27.02.2026; hence, the present appeal be also disposed of in same terms.
