Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.3 & 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of respondents No. 5 & 6 as he is apprehending threat to his life. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has made a representation dated 15.11.2018 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Ambala Cantt., but the same remained unattended till now. Notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Mr. Naveen Poswal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
