ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 to conduct fair investigation by some higher police official and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the accused.

In compliance of order dated 24.07.2019, reply dated 16/31.10.2019, by way of affidavit of Sh. Shivcharan, Superintendent of Police, Hisar-respondent No. 3, has been filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4.

It has been averred in the reply the during the course of enquiry on the complaint bearing No. 969/P/SPL dated 27.09.2018 filed by the petitioner, statements of Deepender S/o Bharat Singh and Hanuman S/o Jagdish residents of Kaimari, wherein they stated that deceased son of the petitioner, namely, Veer Bhan, had received injuries as his motorcycle was hit by a cow, as a result thereof, he fell down. CRM-M-54266-2018 -2They both got him admitted in the hospital for treatment where injuredVeer Bhan, succumbed to his injuries. It has also been averred that the son of the petitioner was not murdered but he expired due to injuries received by him on account of being hit by a cow, hence, no case was registered.

In view of the averments made in the reply and considering the fact that it was a case of accidental death, no further action is required to be taken in the instant case.

Disposed of, accordingly.
