***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (ORAL) At this stage, before addressing arguments, counsel for the petitioners submits that since there are affirmatory orders of dismissal of an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC and the case before trial Court is at the stage of recording of evidence of the petitioners, he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the counsel submits that he shall file an application before the revenue authorities, thereby seeking redressal. Also, he submits that time bound direction be given to the Court concerned, to dispose of the case.

In view of the submissions aforesaid, revision petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

So far as, prayer for some time bound direction is concerned, the same cannot be given, without knowing about the pendnecy of cases and also about the nature of the cases, before learned trial Court. Sonu 2025.09.12 16:22 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC

CR-2655-2022 (O&M) However, the petitioners have an option to file an application before the Court concerned, thereby making a prayer, with regard to expeditious disposal of the case and upon filing of such application, the Court concerned shall consider the request and pass an appropriate order, in the fitness of circumstances.
