(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.128 dated 13.06.2022 registered under Section 420 IPC and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that in pursuance of order dated 07.07.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. In view of above, order dated 07.07.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
