Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that in compliance of order dated 07.04.2017, petitioner has appeared before the trial Court on 14.04.2017 and submitted bail bonds. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
