Appellant has filed the appeal against the acquittal of the accused-J.P. Singh (respondent No.2).

On 16.07.2025, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for amicably settle the dispute and the same remained successful.

Learned counsel for the appellant has placed on record settlement deed today in Court which is taken on record. He thus, prays for withdrawn of the appeal in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

In view of the aforesaid submission, present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
