Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The application, CM No.693-CWP of 2023, has been filed for disposing of the writ petition in terms of order, dated 30.11.2022, passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.1838 of 2021, Balbir Singh & others vs. State of Haryana & another, directing the respondents to take appropriate decision on the representation submitted by similarly placed employees within a specified period, and till then allow them to continue in service. 2.

With the consent of both the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made, with a rider that the petitioners will be allowed to continue in service in case they have not been relieved already.

In view thereof, the main petition stands disposed of directing the second respondent-Director, Elementary Education, to decide the petitioners' legal notice dated 15.09.2020, Annexure P-7, within a period AVIN KUMAR 2024.06.03 16:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
