FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID19. The petitioner has come up in this civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a prayer by way of writ of mandamus by directing respondents to release the retiral benefits alongwith interest @ 18% per annum, for which, a legal notice dated 18.03.2021 (Annexure P-2) has also been served upon the respondent authorities. Heard.
