This first petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner(s) in case bearing FIR No.209 dated 28.08.2025, registered under Section(s) 15(c), 25, 29, 8 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Ding, District Sirsa. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and that that the petitioner was neither named in the FIR nor apprehended at the spot. He contends that no recovery of contraband has been effected from the petitioner. He contends that similarly placed co-accused/Baljeet Singh @ Pappa and Amandeep Singh @ Amandeep Sharma @ Kala, have already been granted the concession of regular bail by this Court vide separate orders dated 07.04.2026 and 20.04.2026, passed in CRM-M-17229-2026 and CRM-M19514-2026 respectively. It further contended that the case of the petitioner MANGAL SINGH 2026.05.01 19:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-23430-2026 (O&M) is at par with the said co-accused and seeks parity with them. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent-State does not dispute that the case of the petitioner is at par with co-accused/Baljeet Singh @ Pappa and Amandeep Singh @ Amandeep Sharma @ Kala, who have already been granted the concession of regular bail by this Court. 4.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case and taking into consideration the claim of undisputed parity with coaccused/Baljeet Singh @ Pappa and Amandeep Singh @ Amandeep Sharma @ Kala, having already been granted the concession of regular bail by this Court, I deem it fit to allow the instant petition. 5.
Accordingly, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be admitted to regular bail subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate/Illaqa Magistrate concerned.

It is made clear that the petitioner shall not extend any threat and shall not influence any prosecution witness in any manner directly or indirectly.

The observation made hereinabove shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and the trial Court shall decide the case on the basis of available material.
