Petitioner had faced the trial qua commission of offence punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 ('Act'' for short) in FIR No. 282 dated 13.5.2010, registered at Police Station City Kaithal. Trial Court vide judgment/order dated 13.1.2012/14.1.2012 ordered the conviction and sentence of the petitioner under Section 25 of the Act. Appeal filed by the petitioner against the said judgment/order of his conviction and sentence, was dismissed by the Appellate Court vide order dated 8.11.2013. Hence, the present petition by the petitioner. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State counsel and have gone through the record available on the file carefully.

Crl. Revision No. 3932 of 2014 (O&M) -2country made pistol .315 bore, loaded with one live cartridge, was recovered. During trial, the prosecution witnesses deposed as per the prosecution case. The official witnesses were acting in discharge of their official duty and had no reason to falsely involve the petitioner in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any misreading of evidence by the Courts below warranting interference by this Court.
No ground for interference is made out.
Dismissed.
