******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 98 dated 15.06.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 452, 324, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Kurali, District SAS Nagar. Heard.
Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail. His custodial interrogation is not required.
