Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner is inter alia impugning the resolution dated 17th July, 2020 (Annexure P-10), vide which the No Confidence Motion was passed against the petitioner by the Board of Directors of the Sonepat Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Sonepat. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to satisfy this Court qua the maintainability of the instant writ petition, as the orders impugned herein, are appealable under Sections 27 and 114 of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984.

Dismissed.
