The present petition has been filed under Section 482, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking grant of pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.379 dated 11.10.2024 under Section 24 of Immigration Act and under Section 316(2) and 318(4) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal.
