Learned State Counsel Mr. S.P.S Tinna, Additional AG, Punjab has made the statement after getting instructions that SIT has been constituted on the orders of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib on 09th September, 2020. In light of the same, Mr. Ranjit Singh Ghuman, learned counsel for the petitioner has made the statement withdrawing the present petition at this juncture. However, reserving the right of the petitioner to come up before this Court in case of any future eventuality.
