Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order dated 27.02.2008 as well as for challenging the order of suspension, might not due to efflux of time, even be surviving, especially in wake of stay having been declined by the Division Bench, while admitting the petition on 31.03.2008. 2.

Learned counsel also submits that despite best efforts made by sending registered letters, he has not received any response from the petitioner for further instructions.
