(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that on conclusion of the trial, the accused has been acquitted of the charge framed against him, as such this petition challenging the charge framed against the accused has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagjit Singh, Police Station Samalsar, District Moga, concedes this fact. The petition is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. ( H.S.
