(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.512 dated 10.09.2018 registered under Sections 294, 311, 406, 420, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Gohana City, District Sonipat. On instructions from ASI Dal Singh, learned State counsel submits that though petitioner has joined the investigation, but he is not cooperating with the investigating agency. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 29.05.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute subject to deposit of further amount of `50,000/- in the name of the trial Court within two months from today, which shall be converted into some STDR in some nationalised bank, fetching maximum rate of interest to save loss of interest to the party, who shall finally be held entitled for the same at the final outcome by the trial Court, and keep the original STDR receipts with it. -2CRM-M-24831 of 2019 is made clear that deposit of aforesaid amount shall not in any manner prejudice the right of the petitioner to claim his innocence. In case, he does not deposit the amount, petitioner will immediately be arrested by the Investigating Officer and put behind bars.
