(ORAL) The instant revision petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 22.10.2014, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, whereby the petitioner was summoned as an additional accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the State assisted by learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has filed a copy of judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 09.03.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Exclusive Court for Heinous Crimes against Women), Patiala, whereby the petitioner along with her co-accused was convicted and sentenced under Sections 307 and 342 IPC. The same is taken on record. In view of the above factual position, the instant revision petition against the summoning order dated 22.10.2017, has been rendered infructuous and dismissed as such.
