Challenge in the present writ petition was to the non-action of respondent No.1 in issuing no objection certificate to the petitioner for allowing him to take admission in the Ph.D.

In the reply filed by the respondents, order dated 16.09.2020 has been annexed whereby the request of the petitioner for grant of no objection certificate has specifically been denied. Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to challenge the order dated 16.09.2020 denying him no objection certificate for pursuing his PhD course.

Permitted to do so.
