The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondents No. 2 & 3 to conduct a fair and impartial enquiry in FIR No. 169 dated 01.05.2023 under Sections 304-B, 34 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police station Chand Hut, District Palwal and to complete the investigation expeditiously qua the respondents No. 4 & 5.
