Main Case Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of DDR No. 34 dated 27.04.2018 under Sections 323, 342, 382, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Nangal, District Roopnagar, in case FIR No. 55 dated 26.04.2018 under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506 and 34 IPC and Section 4 of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) registered at MANOJ KUMAR 2021.03.04 09:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-5950-2021 in/and CRM-M-54358-2018 Police Station Nangal, Distt. Roopnagar and all other consequential proceedings arising out of the said FIR, as the matter stands amicably settled in terms of compromise.
Vide order dated 07.12.2018, the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 08.01.2019 for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise. A report dated 09.01.2019 of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sri Anandpur Sahib, has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sri Anandpur Sahib and got recorded their statements regarding compromise. Learned Magistrate has stated that he is of the considered view that the compromise between the parties is valid, genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.
Accoringly, the present petition is allowed. DDR No. 34 dated 27.04.2018 under Sections 323, 342, 382, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Nangal, District Roopnagar, in case FIR No. 55 dated 26.04.2018 under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506 and 34 IPC and Section 4 of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) registered at Police Station Nangal, Distt. Roopnagar, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are hereby quashed qua the petitioners.
