The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.280 dated 16.11.2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 285, 379, 447 and 506 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Sirsa.
