Respondent No.5 has already rectified vis-a-vis addition of villages in Zone-8 instead of Zone-9. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three more villages namely Tandari Kalan, Tandari Khurd and Khanpur are also included in wrong zone.

Admittedly, there was no complaint filed by the petitioner in respect of alleged inclusion of three villages. 08.07.2022 is the date fixed for election. Since, election programme has already been published, therefore, no indulgence can be granted at this stage.
