The grouse of petitioner is that despite her having scored 93 marks as scored by the candidate in the general category, who was last selected, she has not been considered for appointment as Junior System Engineer of DHBVN, Haryana. On being pointed out that in the general waiting list where Roll Number of petitioner appears along with four other candidates the marks secured by them are mentioned to be 92. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the answer key and uploaded question paper of petitioner she should have been given 93 marks. Though the petitioner is said to have lodged such grievance with the respondent but without evoking any response.

In order to enable Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula to consider the matter and to avoid unnecessary litigation, the present writ petition is disposed of directing Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula-respondent No. 2 to consider the claim of the PARVINDER SINGH 2021.09.17 17:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 14950 of 2021 petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed which be conveyed to the petitioner. Further more, if the petitioner seeks personal hearing, the same may be granted to her by the concerned Authority. For the purpose of such consideration, the present writ petition along with annexures be taken as representation by the petitioner. If the petitioner feels dissatisfied after passing of the order then he may approach the Court again in accordance with law.
