Respondent along with her mother undertakes to make statement before the Court in terms of the settlement. 3.

Petitioner shall remain bound to pay a loan of Rs.10,52,988/- availed from Punjab & Sind Bank, Gohana having account No.13151600000185 and Rs.1,60,000/- availed from Union Bank of India having account No.56038100445483.

In view thereof, the present contempt petition is disposed off. However, in case the respondent does not abide by her statement, petitioner shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application seeking revival of the present contempt petition.
