**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this 2nd petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.165 dated 28.06.2020, registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, Haryana.

Reply by way of an affidavit dated 24.11.2021 of the DSP, Badhra, District Dadri, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry, is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery effected from the petitioner was a marginal quantity, which was kept by the petitioner for his personal use and that as far as other cases registered and pending against the petitioner under the NDPS Act are concerned, he is on bail in those cases. He further submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 28.06.2020. Still further, it is submitted that the present FIR was registered on 28.06.2020 and since then out of 11 prosecution witness, only one has been examined, so far. CRM-M-31708-2021 (O&M) -2At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, if the trial Court is directed to decide the case at the earliest.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to make an endeavour to decide the case at the earliest.
