NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of Criminal Complaint Case NO. COMI-89-2018 dated 21.12.2018, titled as 'Kashmir Kaur vs. Sukhwinder Singh and others', (Annexure P-6) filed by respondent No. 2, under Sections 302, 304-B, 202 and 120-B and Section 34 IPC and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom including the summoning order dated 05.12.2023 (Annexure P-8).

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
