This is a civil writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to supply the copy/list of Zones for the election of governing body/board of Batala Primary Co-operative Agriculture Development Bank Limited Batala District Gurdaspur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, after referring to the Rules and Regulations, vide which a copy or the list of zones is to be supplied to the petitioner, with regard to the notice dated 28.04.2023 (Annexure P-1) which has been pasted on the notice board in the office of the concerned establishment and also in the office of Sub Registrar Cooperative Societies, Batala, which could be seen at any time, during the office hours.
