The present petition has been filed for seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Central Administrative Tribunal Chandigarh (for short- the 'Tribunal') to decide the application for interim relief filed in Original Application No. 1203 of 2025, which has been pending for approximately one year. The nondecision of the same is causing prejudice to the petitioner, as it relates to retaining of the Government accommodation.

Ms. Shalini Atri, Senior Panel counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr. Deepak Malhotra, Addl. Standing counsel with Mr. Ujwal Mittal, Junior Panel counsel accept notice on behalf of respondents No.3 to 5 and raise no objection to the said prayer for deciding the interim relief sought by the petitioner by passing an appropriate order. 4.
