Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No.222 dated 04.07.2021, under Sections 120-B, 34, 381, 409, 420, 477-A and 506 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Sector 31, Faridabad. In addition, the petitioners also seek quashing of the order dated 24.06.2021, whereby, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C., ordered for the registration of the FIR (supra).

At the very outset, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by A.S.I. Amit Kumar, submits that, after conducting thorough investigation in the FIR (supra), a Cancellation Report has DEVINDER YADAV 2024.02.08 09:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-32277-2021 (O&M) 2024:PHHC:016618 already been prepared on 17.06.2023, which shall be, after getting approval from the quarter concerned, positively presented before the learned trial Court concerned, within a period of 10 days from today. 3.

In view of the submission(s) made hereinabove by the learned State counsel, no further action is required. Therefore, the instant petition is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous. 4.
